Ingatestone Hall Christmas concert on the 7th December 2013
Hi Colin – just a belated thank you for a really enjoyable evening, the concert was excellent and all your performers were brilliant.
We went onto You Tube and looked up some of the music that was in the concert. We were all absolutely moved by
the cello – o come Emmanuel – and looked up the Piano Guys as well.
Anyway have a great Christmas and hopefully will see you in the New Year at another concert.

Concert in support of the British Liver Trust at Ingatestone Hall on the 6th April 2013
An Evening with Soprano Jackie Pittman at Ingatestone Hall in support of the British Liver Trust was a wonderful concert . With excellent performances in a perfect setting with great acoustics and lighting. Who needs to go to London when the West End, Covent Garden and the Festival Hall comes to Ingatestone Hall for a great evening’s entertainment, without having all the normal associated hassles of getting there and back.
The ambiance of the Stone Hall complimented performances by Jackie Pittman, Karis White, Philip Joy, Ella Joy and Tim Smith. Rarely does one get the opportunity to soak up an evenings entertainment in such historic surroundings and in support of such a good cause. Looking forward to the concert at Hylands House on the 2nd June.
Best wishes Peter
Doug & Kimberly wedding at Tewin Bury Farm Hertfordshire 28 October 2012Heartfelt thanks Hi Jackie (and Colin)
Just wanted to say thank you so much for singing at my daughters wedding yesterday, it was truly an amazing performance. You sang so beautifully and absolutely made the ceremony so special.
As you know Kimberly is flying to the US this week and asked me to tell you that if she doesn’t have time to get in touch before she goes, your singing made her dream wedding.
I would certainly recommend people get in touch with you if they want a day to remember.
Thank you again for making a special day truly unforgettable.
Kind regards

Summer Concert by the lake at Ingatestone Hall
On what was probably the best evening’s weather this year the wonderful Summer Concert in aid of Motor Neurone Disease took place in Ingatestone Hall right by the beautiful lake on Sunday. With a backdrop of huge Gunneras that lined the lakes edge, the stage buzzed with talent and enthusiasm all night long .
The audience were treated to nearly six hours of a mix of opera, Jazz, and local talent including soprano Jackie Pittman, soul star Irie J and his band Pure Klarse, 13 years old Harry Cash (who does busking in Chelmsford high Street), the really gutsy Amy Langmead who had crowds up on their feet and dancing ,the Mike Summers Band and blues and rock band Break for Cover to mention but a few. All these acts were relayed to the audience in superb sound quality engineered by Phil Bennett of East staging whilst being streamed live around the world on the internet.
This event which had a lovely family feel about it from the moment you arrived was relaxed and unregimented but at the same time organised and smoothly managed as all picnic/concert evenings should be, showcasing up and coming local talent as well as more established professional and well known artist. We especially liked the good mix of styles of music appealing to all age groups.
All of this with hearty refreshments set in the beautiful gardens and grounds of Ingatestone Hall accessed by sleepy country lanes where I would cycle as a boy and not in some huge concrete castle of a building in London involving hours of exhausting travel there and back at huge cost to mind, body and wallet. An excellent evening, terrific value, supporting a very worthy cause and definitely one to diarise for next year starring many names that I’m certain we’ll be hearing a lot more of.

Charlotte & Christopher’s Wedding at All Saints Church East Hanningfield on the 4th June
Hello Jackie
I hope you are well.
I have now had the opportunity to watch the full DVD of Charlotte and Christopher’s Wedding. We have the complete rendition of your Ave Maria which is absolutely stunning. The sound quality is excellent and you look beautiful. They have split the screen during the second part to show the signing of the register, and at the end your lovely smile leads in to the couple walking back down the aisle.
I know I said it on the day, but your beautiful voice exceeded my expectations. Charlotte and Christopher were thrilled, as were our guests, some I am told were near to tears.
Thank you for making their ‘Special Day’ even more special.
Kind regards
Elaine (Mother of the bride)

National M.E. Awareness Day 2007 in Brentwood
I had the pleasure of engaging Jackie for a charity concert I organized on National M.E. Awareness Day 2007 which took place in Brentwood Cathedral. Alongside professionals such as the poet and broadcaster Stuart Henderson and the Turner Ensemble, Jackie communicated something really special with her performance of music from the shows and of popular classics such as Dvorak’s Song to the Moon. I have the good fortune to have engaged her again for a concert on November 7th this year when she will be accompanied by the Pulham Orchestra in the World Premiere of my contemplative work, Hesychia (for tickets, ring 01277 841332) – Composer, Philip Joy

We would like to say a big ‘Thank you’ to Jackie for helping to make our marriage ceremony so very special. Jackie’s singing was amazing there were many in the church who were near to tears it was a lovely version of Schuberts Ave Maria. We would recommend her to anyone who loves pure quality singing. ,We shall remember it for a long time.
Chris and Francesca
We were so thrilled with Jackie’s singing at our wedding. We loved Over the Rainbow as the lead in song there were few dry eyes in the hall. Everyone commented on Jackies ‘lovely’ voice and wondered who she was. We thoroughly enjoyed Pie Jesu while we were signing the register. Panis Angelicus was beautifully sang while everyone went into lunch. Our ceremony was made extra special thanks to Jackie’s beautiful singing. Chris’s father insisted on a repeat of Over the Raimbow in the evening reception so that all the evening guests could listen to Jackie and hear her once again, he described her voice as top class. Greatly apprecaited by all.
